Njideka N. Olatunde, founder and director of Focus on Healing, Inc. a nonprofit education and research organization whose mission is to train, document and educate the community in preventive and wellness alternatives in health care. For over 20 years she has been a promoter of "Reflexology As a Wellness Alternative." Ms. Olatunde has an extensive 20-year background in consultation and counseling in the areas of wellness in health care, social services, drug treatment, community health, and activism.

With an education background that establishes her as a Reflexology Master, because of her training nationally and internationally from the Institute for Integrated Therapies in Washington, D.C.; advanced and instructor training in California at Digits International Reflexology Institute, International Academy for Reflexology Studies in Cincinnati, Ohio and the Traditional Healing Arts Society of West Africa in Nigeria. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Long Island University, a Master's from Southwestern University, and a Naturopathic Degree from Clayton College of Natural Health and is licensed to do business as a Naturopathic Health Practitioner in Washington, DC.

Njideka, as she prefers to be called, is:

• a former radio host of a weekly health show called Health Corner
• currently host and producer of Reflexology Today on local cable television
• a recipient of numerous awards and a member of several health related associations.
